well my speedometer shakes when in the 0-20 MPH zone, and it also seems to be like 15 MPH slower than the actual speed. Is this a repari i can do or do i need it done by a shop? how much can it cost?

if it's not the cable and since it does it only at 20 mph I'd lean towards the speedo itself as being the prob

ok lube the cable and make sure the needle rests at the 0mph markwhen you are parked
