Paint or Polish?
Should I paint or polish my timing cover?
....I know it will take some time to polish it vs paint....

paint... you will not see it behind all your accesories, so polishing it would be a waste of time

RE: Paint or Polish?
i think if you were to polish that and the water pump it wouldn't look too bad.
but imo not worth the time for how little you see of it. i painted mine ford blue

As stated....You really won't see it once you've put the water pumpon and the engine in.
I've done some polishing and the timing cover was the hardest part of all to polish of all the parts if that help with your decision?
