one of two ways:
#1. == quickest, I get out my high speed buffer and rubbing compund and hit it good with that then go back with a fin cut cleaner and then a polish, all done with the high speed buffer, when done they will look good as new
#2, before doing number 1 step...wet sand it then buff, however if the right compounds are used in step 1 it often is not necessary to wet sand

1. Replace them
2. Do as mjr46 stated, yet this takes away the UV protection and there's a product out there that can reapply this protection or they slowly get yellow again....not sure what it's called.

if you have acess to auto clear you cna always wetsand and clear them
personally though if they are bad just buy a new set, and this time wax them every so often to ward off the suns effects

takes 5 min with a buffer and just get a course compound and a polish and be done with it!! and as for the UV BS BEEN 2 years since I did mine and still not yellow.......cheaper to buff them then it is to buy new ones!!
