Default Body Work ADVICE!

i am about to go postal...
i took my notch to get the rust repaired in the door pilar and in the rear window.

the guy said it will come out good.. yea yea

i go see it while its getting done and the door has tape on it, i asked y, he says "o we had to take off the top hinge to get the rust off and another one of the employees opened the door by mistake and it fell"

i didnt think twice about it and now when i get the car back i look at it and the fkn door corner is bent! 2 inches of a perfectly good door corner is bent! that car was STRAIGHT as an arrow!! what is the PROPER thing to do at this point?

ask them to fix it? should i trust them with the corner now? i want to die, i hate people doing crap work like this. should i ask for my money back? i need advice. thanks guys

He admitted to it, bring it back and tell...no, demand him to fix it. That is bad business if he wont.

Talking bring it back!!!!!!

i would bring it back for them to correct their screw up but take several photos from all directions before it goes back. if it isn't fixed to your satisfaction, you have a good civil suit against the business. just in case you have to go through small claims court on the civil suit, take notes on all that you have for information, especially, any admissions. hopefully, the courts can be avoided.
