Default Windshield crack

Alright So I bought my car in late oct. last year and the windshield leaked so I brought it to speedy auto glass and they took the windshield out and resealed it. That was the last trip my car made and it was put up for winter when I took it out of storage I noticed a crack forming from the top of the windshield that eventually went to the bottom after a couple weeks of driving. I said screw it because it was on the passenger side so I never got it fixed now this morning I got in the car and there is another crack starting from the top of the windshield under the trim.
These cracks are clearly not from rock chips so do you think there could have been to much slop in the installation that the glass is moving and twisting so it has cracked?? I think they should have to replace my windshield free of charge since its a 20yr old windshield that never had a crack since a couple of months after they resealed it. Any opinions from you fellers??

could have chipped the edge of the glass with the trim tool. good luck getting them to replace it so far down the road imho. a new windshield is around 100$ and then the install be prepared to pay it

Ya I am going to drive down tomorrow and see if they can do anything. If they won't cut me a break I will go down the road to another glass place just because I don't want them doing it again. The thing is both cracks started from the top under the trim about 5 inches apart. so it seems like there error though because if installed correctly it should last a long time.
