my neighbor said they should have corrodinating numbers. i checked mine and sure enough they do.
my pinion is stamped 1L5LA-M7 and my ring has stamped on it 01-57
and both are stamped 373 on pinion and ring not written in like that other picture

they are completely flat on the underside of the ring gear, like the above pic, if theres a 'groove' or cut along the outside edge they are motive like so...
