Should have baught hood pins after the first time?
me neither, infact 1 month ago or so my hood flew up on my 86 gt at 70mph and all it did was fold up kinda like that one but not as bad and smash in my cowl real bad and tap the roof but didnt break anything never even got close to my sunroof. its scarry as hell at 70mph getting on the freeway blindly pulling over, and at night to make it even more fun. i was able to bang out the hood enough to get it to latch again since i had a hammer in the car. i since have added hood pins, i was wondering why the cowl was smashed on my vert when i got it and now i know. i had this happen in only one other car a 88 GTU Beretta and it was really bad, smashed out my windsheild only going about 35-40mph same deal entering the freeway, that one was cus i forgot to latch it up right.i felt like a ricer buying hood pins but they work. and a hood flying up is pretty scary

I had that happen in my 89 4cyl back in high school but all it did was fold the hood a little so it wouldn't latch. I drove it to school a few days without a hood on it lol.

That story he posted about how it happened is all wrong, he just don't want to admit he was humpin' a girl the size of a hippo on the hood of his car.
