I would ABSOLUTELY take it back ASAP! and if they dont, I'd let them know that you'll let them know that you plan on taking this to court.... and I definitely would.

take it back and demand some money back based on false advertising if they can't prove/ document their mistake

Ill get some pics up. I paid 9500$ out the door for it. its a 95 black on black cobra with 58k on the clock. really clean, H/C stock cobra intake and some extra little things here and there... its just aggrevating that i bought a car that they hyped up as being stroked and making 360whp when it isnt stroked (well, im basing this on the dyno numbers)
