Default oil pump pickup. pics
is this pickup kinked? i don't think it is supposed to look that way; it's brand new but they are sending a new one.

that looks a little more bent than normal...generally there is a small kink in that area but that seems kind of excessive...not even my moroso one was that mangled

i thought maybe it was kinked there to make clearance for something but i've never taken apart this engine so i don't know. well summit is sending me a new one so i guess i'll know soon.

That 100% normal for a ford part, its made to get a ratchet in there and tighten the bolt

Is that just aftermarket ford then? I don't remember my stock one looking like that
