same here, Castrol GTX and a Motorcraft FL1A filter has always worked great for me. It takes a long time for this oil to break down, mine still looks real good even 2000 miles after an oil change.

 

I work at advance auto so i run whatever good oil is on sale(10-30)! And to be quite honest most conventional oil is the same, because no matter who makes it they all have to pass the same standards as the top brands. Our brand oil is just shell oil with our name on it.
