OIL
i run 20/50 in my car during the summer. i dont drive mine in the winter but if you do i would change to a 10w30 or even a 5w. if you have an older vehicle the full synthetics will sometimes cause the car to start leaking at the seals so if you want to run synthetic i would look at getting the seals replaced .

5w30 Mobil 1 Synthetic in the 5.0 since i put in the crate last year. Every 1000ish miles because I'm obsessive.
Just started 5w30 Synthetic in the 2.3L Last oil change. I hope it goes well, the engine feels grate even tho its the original '92 engine.
Nothing but Mobil1 or Motorcraft filters too

mjr i really dont appreciate the edit because it sometimes does, and the reason I know this is because it just happened to my car with the rear main seal. i switched to synthetic and i started experiencing leaking at my seals. A ford racing specialist also informed me that a switch from convential to a full synthetic in an older vehicle could cause it to leak. so unless you are 100% positive don't go around edited peoples ****! thank you!
