K member selection
i didnt read all those posts, im lazy tonight.
i bought team z and strange parts.
here are the few things i ran into:
this was on my 95.
different length bolts for the oem p/s rack (shorter i think, somewhere in the 5 1/2in length was needed, if i remember correctly)
the a arms are shorter than the oem ones, so a shorter outer tie rod is needed, a bump steer kit will probably be needed since the rack is lower than the oem location and my car might be lowered in the front. (this might just be sn95 specific..not sure)
the steeda bump steer kit is stock length, i ordered a set of race crafts that are shorter so i dont have major toe out (didnt want to cut the steedas) ***make sure the kit has a tapered end or you have to drill the hub hole*** the steeda kit is tapered*** (im going to sell it)
you will need caster camber plates for the front coil over setup.
i had to notch the motor mounts a little to get the energy suspension mount "tit" to sit into place.
i think thats it as far as negatives.
positives: dave has answered all my crazy questions i have had.
the k member was super easy to bolt in.
craftsmanship is top notch
the a arms bolted right in.
came with new ball joints w/ grease fittings.
the stuff is super light.
and there is a ton more room for headers..but i did run into the rag joint hitting my long tubes (the stock k mem and mtr mnt was shimmed so it cleared)
the strange stuff looks sweet and bolted right in, the MM c/c plates were not hard to install either.

based on the quote above i assumed he wanted a drag set up...i assumed a car more geared just for the track...that is why i recommended a chromoly one
roost, you're a funny guy.
i would post my opinion but its same as everyone else. im going with PA because so far ive gotten a response from a rep at least that answered some simple questions for me. i called UPR and MM...the customer service is questionable at best. if you're patient with PA you'll get good info. and i saw the pics from Pro so it looks quality to me.

From Goodfellas
Henry Hill: You're a pistol, you're really funny. You're really funny.
Tommy DeVito: What do you mean I'm funny?
Henry Hill: It's funny, you know. It's a good story, it's funny, you're a funny guy.
[laughs]
Tommy DeVito: what do you mean, you mean the way I talk? What?
Henry Hill: It's just, you know. You're just funny, it's... funny, the way you tell the story and everything.
Tommy DeVito: [it becomes quiet] Funny how? What's funny about it?
Anthony Stabile: Tommy no, You got it all wrong.
Tommy DeVito: Oh, oh, Anthony. He's a big boy, he knows what he said. What did ya say? Funny how?
Henry Hill: Jus...
Tommy DeVito: What?
Henry Hill: Just... ya know... you're funny.
Tommy DeVito: You mean, let me understand this cause, ya know maybe it's me, I'm a little ****ed up maybe, but I'm funny how, I mean funny like I'm a clown, I amuse you? I make you laugh, I'm here to ****in' amuse you? What do you mean funny, funny how? How am I funny?
Henry Hill: Just... you know, how you tell the story, what?
Tommy DeVito: No, no, I don't know, you said it. How do I know? You said I'm funny. How the **** am I funny, what the **** is so funny about me? Tell me, tell me what's funny!
Henry Hill: [long pause] Get the **** out of here, Tommy!
Tommy DeVito: [everyone laughs] Ya mother****er! I almost had him, I almost had him. Ya stuttering ***** ya. Frankie, was he shaking? I wonder about you sometimes, Henry. You may fold under questioning.

LOL sorry, I couldn't resist. This t5hread reminds me of Goodfella's.
