And ya, I forgot about that vert rule; it's the same here 13.49 with no hard top.

Just sucks that it's sooo cold here... track onlynhas it's first runs on May 23,24 but I'm only gonna get to the ones June 23,24

DA is more a factor than absolute altitude. The other day I started racing at -500 da and by the time the evening was done I was racing at -2700 da. The day was a wash but the only saving grace was the lowering DA. As the night went on and the da got lower my times went up, though you have to understand they are inflated because of that.

the 13.49 is an NHRA rule not a track specific rule so any track that is governed by nhra, which I believe is all, follows this rule.
