Question Block Help!!??

Ok, thanks for all the ideas, but have another question. My stock block is an iron block. Do you think it would be ok to keep that, bore it out and stroke it. I have about 475hp now, and my supercharger is capable of 1000. so i am looking for at least high 500s. any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Stock 302 block? No it will break, period. Stock windsor block? It will handle 700-800 no problem

Dart or Boss block would be other suggestions. But i like the world because you can keep your factory lifter setup..

I would go with a windsor. It's alot cheaper than a aftermarket.
