Yes it is just for the simple fact that my grandfather was the only one dumb enough to do the retrofit. The car was worth more as a Ranchero but he loved the look of a Cyclone. The car was so scary to drive; it would lose the back end like nothing, the 4-speed was notchy, clutch actuation reminded you of doing leg presses and the car was so loud that you could barely think. It was awesome.
Growing up having a Grandfather with all these cars was amazing. My grandfather has a 3000 sq ft second garage behind his house that use to be full with 20 cars. Next to that he had another ten on the back driveway and some more in a warehouse behind his companies office.
Imagine being twelve and bringing all your friends over to show them cars like a; Shelby GT500, Cougar Eliminator Boss 302, Cougar Eliminator 428, Cougar GT-E (427) Mustang Boss 302, Mach 1, Cyclone Spoiler, Torino GT 429, '94 Cobra Indy Pace Car, '40/'41/'51/'53/'56/'58 Mercury, along with a bunch of random Mustangs and Cougars.

All the guys I hang out with are into cars here but theres one catch......................................most of them love hondas lol. Although 2 out of my 3 new soldiers are gonna buy older stangs when we get back from iraq this tour . I am such a good influence lol. I know one wants a fox body and the other is wanting a 60's body.
