If your advancing the timing make sure you run 93 octance, or you get detonation. Idk about the actual numbers but you can check in the "bolt on myths destroyed" sticky. Prob 3-5, maybe more, just like any other bolt on mod, depends on what other mods u have.

use the best gas. its worth maybe 3-4 hp. not much, but you can feel it gets a little peppier
