Well now you're talking a whole new ball game. GT40 heads should do nicely for you. You could always go with a matched top end kit like Trickflow or Edelbrock.
+1 to the Cobra intake. It's perfect for retaining some of the Mustang's low end torque. A 65-70mm TB of any brand should work fine. As for heads, Trickflow Twisted Wedges are great!
