Default Should I get a Mustang? Reliability

hey everybody!
I am thinking about getting a 94-95 Mustang for a daily driver.
Are they reliable cars? What should I pay attention to when buying one with around 100K miles?

Also, I love the way Mustangs look and sound and that is why I am thinking about getting one... but I don't wanna be getting smoked by every Honda on the road... so I will probably be getting heads and a cam right away. what are my engine management options if I want to street tune it myself? Should I just use some kind of a "piggyback"?

Thanks!

The thing if you get a 94-95 is that there are no piggypack tuners, since the computers are OBD1. You can get chips and tunes that way, which, IMO, is more effective. As for tuning yourself, you can get an adjustable FPR, adjust the timing, or buy yourself an AEM program so you use your own comp to burn chips

Ive driven my 95 30k and have never had ANY problems, not even the battery dieing

My dads 97 with a v-6 had over 450,000 miles the last I checked. He is friends with the GM at the Ford place and he told him if he hits a million they will give him a car.
