Oil inside upper intake manifold

Default Oil inside upper intake manifold

Hey i got my intake manifold back from getting powder coated and i put it back on. I started the car and it immediately reved to like 3k and stayed there, it wouldnt come down. Then i took of the intake and there was about half a quart of oil inside it. Does anyone know whats goin on?

What year is the car? Was it tight? Did the gaskets slip? Can you post a pic of the gaskets how you installed them? Is the pcv vavle in the located in the intake?
