Default Alternator?

I have an '87 5.0 coupe. I need to upgrade my stock alternator. What is highest amperage I can install and just plug and play without modifying anything?

you will have to modify a few wires and run one new wire to the solenoid... but that is not much of a big deal... Ive been meaning to do that to my car since Ive got it... but I just have yet to get to it....
