you should be able to do it with a floor jack jack stands and sockets, and some muscle power.

if they are oem style or lower springs you can just shove them into the perch.its very easy to install, simple hand tools and some jack and jackstands. fronts take a couple hours for your first time doing it. rears take about an hour for first timers.

for the front, jack up the car, support with jackstands on the frame, use the jack to compress the suspention a little, remove upper nut on the strut, then the lower two bolts, then unhook the swaybar end link, and let down the jack, that SHOULD get you enough slack in the setup to get the spring out, press down on the spindle while tugging on it, if not (or if someone says otherwise) take action to compress it to keep it from killing you (judging by the design, it should fall out, it did on my friends civic where the rear suspention is basically our front shock n spring wise.

for the rear, same deal, only a little easier, jack it up, support on frame with jackstads, jack up the diff a bit, unbolt the upper shock bolts (you get to them through the access panels on the inside) then unbolt the lower bolts, and lower the diff down, once again, if you push on the axle it should slide out

once again, thats a basic runthrough, dont take my word on the spring thing, you may need a spring compressor, a chain is known to work, but im not sure about how to do it, id imagine you feed it through the coils, then bolt it together to keep the spring from expanding rapidly

for the 2 lower strut bolts you will need a 15/16ths if im correct.but yeah its pretty easy to do.its pretty straight forward.

For safety, on the front A-arms, I recommend running a piece of chain or a strap down through the center of the spring and through the a-arm to prevent the spring from going flying across the garage. Do that before you take the pressure off the spring.
