I am using a 86-93 Professional Products 75mm Mustang throttle body in non native Ford engine. I am looking for the appropriate throttle cable, I tried the 2.3L 4 cylinder cable but it is too short to reach the throttle body on my vehicle. Is the V8 GT cable longer, if so by appropriately how much?

And are there any alternatives then the Ford dealership for buying it - since it is priced at $80. Any aftermarket compatible cables?

And for what its worth, does anyone sell throttle cable reels for this year TB that would convert it to the later generation ones (94+)
