did you set the springs in the control arms properly?

the rear springs have pigtails on them, you want them pointing the same way

spring isolators new or used...3/4 from front to back? or just front?back?

could just be more weight on driver side battery extra parts?...you sitting in it?<sarcasm

When you tightened the control arms was the axle supporting the vehicles weight or did you tighten them with the axle hanging?

First off, the driver side rear sets 3/4 higher than the passenger side rear, the front is fine.

They way i put the stuff on was i removed the shocks and quads and rear sway bar and then released the jack with car supported by the frame. I had clamps on each spring so i could just pull them out. Then i put everything else in. What is a spring isolator?

the pads the springs sit on...keeps the springs from walking in it's pocket, and damage prevention

As Adder said, make sure the pigtails on the rear springs are facing the same direction.
