I have the blaster 2 and have no problems. I know msd boxes go out, mainly because they don't like heat. But I havn't had any problems with either one of mine and my box and coil have both been soaked with hot antifreeze multiple times.

If I ever swap to EFI I am going with Crane though hands down!

I had the same exact problem with the stang this weekend. Have msd box, coil, and msd dizzy. Accept in mine it did have a spark, and it was orange. Instead of trying to find the prob i just returned all that **** back. Hopefully they will give me new parts.
