Ok mods:
Vortech A trim
Upr boostmater tube
90mm Lightning maf
42# injectors
Adjustable fuel regulator set at 42 psi
trick flow track heat upper and lower
65 mm t/b
Autolite 23 gaped at .030
e303 cam
1.7 rr
By pass valve in the mail

Yea I pretty much stood on the belt tensioner to get it tight. I also just ordered from vortech the 8 rib set up. The timing is set at 10 degrees and that is what the chip my tuner burt is set at.

I talked to a vortech guy and he said one of the possibilities is that boost is escaping from either the intake ir exhaust valves?

Few more questions. How does the car drive? Does it drive normal? Stutter, etc? Does the car feel faster with or without the supercharger? Also(although this is probably not your problem), I have not had much luck with the Autolite 23's. I personally like the Autolite 24's, gapped to .028(you really only need a plug one heat range colder; for the iron heads). Is the UPR bmp fully connected to the SC(no leaks)? Is your MAF clocked correctly in the fender(rotated the right way)? So, you only made a little more than 200rwhp? Was the car running lean or pig rich(I'd imagine the latter)? I think you may be able to bump your timing up. I am making 18 degrees total timing with 15psi.

My friends paxton that was new did that. I can't really remember what he told me he did to fix it but, I believe it had to do with the belt slipping. Also, he said he didn't notice any power increase really until he put a few thousand miles on it. Maybe the computer had to learn to add more fuel or something. Anyway, I hope it works out.

Yea thats the funny thing it sarts up and dries like butter, but obveously not the power. The power feels about the same as it was na. Howshould the maf be clocked? right now it sits with the sensor at the top. The af was in the correct range. It was running a little rich.

Your MAF is clocked correctly then. To be honest, I think everything is now dependent on your tune. Considering that the car drives smooth, but lacks power, I think is tune related. In fact, when I first put the Vortech in my car, it felt like I maybe gained 20-30 horsepower. I dialed in my tune and the car ran great. It's only gotten better since. Get your tuner to work with it. If he can't do it, then I'd seek another place. BTW, how much power/torque did you actually make? What kind of dyno was it?

It should have boost before 5000 rpm without a tune

It was a dyno jet. Not much like I said about 200hp and 225tq.

something sounds wrong for the numbers to be that low, even for a stock vehicle. Your clutch isn't slipping? Or maybe it is the dyno.

Yeah, something is very wrong. With just boltons and an AODE I made 219rwhp/267rwtq
Are you getting clutch slippage? Like I said earlier you should be making 300+rwhp. Try to get your tuner to tune it more aggressively. Your 8 rib setup should help some too.
