Oh is that right? And what exactly are you paying for..... A metal tube, a couple couplers and an air filter? His fits just fine. With his K&N filter, if you didnt know any better you would never guess his costed 30$ and i paid 150 for my K&N.

You can pay 200$ for your CAI. next time, ill pass.

+1 I've had two eBay intakes so far, the first one was perfect, this one i had to re-tap the bung for one of the sensors, not a big deal and much better than paying 150-200 for one.

+1 for ebay intake.

I myself have a bbk, but I got a buddy of mine running one and you can't really tell a difference. Money's tight now-a-days, it's better in your pocket then someone else's.

most will say that you get the same benifits from removing the silencer, not necessary, and it you dont care about underhood looks, dont buy it, but if you dont like the look of the airbox and the ribbed for her pleasure tube, get one.

sorry for getting back so late, this isn't my normal section. what i was wondering was whether or not he would see similar gains? reason i ask is because a lot of the s197 owners say first thing is cai and tune to get around 20-28 hp. my friend was just wondering if he would see the same benefits.

btw, he already has a cai, just wondering about the tune really.

thanks.
