Default 347 glowing primaries need help!!!!!!.......

ok guysI am having alot of trouble trying to find someone who can help me out on this one. I just put together a hot 347 stroker : AFR 185cc heads 11:1 compression, edelbrock performer rpm 2 intake, comp cams xe282hr camshaft 574/565 lift, 30 lb injectors (new), 255lph fuel pump, 70mm throttle body. on first start up with this motor during break in, both headers were glowing cherry red. I shut it off real quick and let it cool down then tried it again and the glowing went away. two day of runnning the motor with no glowing then all of a sudden the next day it started doing it again. then i reset the lower manifold (twice) to make sure that was sealing, started it up and only had two primaries glowing numbers 3 and 4 cylinders. So then i retorqued the lower manifold and twapped around a couple injectors, fired it up and the glowing had went away. it stayed away for a week and i put 200 miles on the motor then friday when i was driving it, it started bucking after you get off the clutch and would continue this until you got the rpms up. it also hardly had any power. i checked under hood and there the same cylinders were glowing red again at the header. the valves were also chattering alot more at those cylinders than any other ones. these are stud mount trick flow rockers. could valve lash on those cylinders be the problem or a vacuum leak or something? I am clueless here and running out of things to look for. it was running good ......can anybody shed some light here? thanks guys

no i have been trying to get some break in miles on it be fore i get it tuned and i figured it was a problem that maybe they would not be able to tune it with them glowing like that. It is wierd that it is only two cylinders and that it went away and then came back. with this wild of a cam does it need a custom tune already?

try swapping those two injectors to another cylinder and see if the problem follows the swap
