Default damage

i got me some long tube headers and isntalled them but my h pipe is for shortys and is going to have to be cut to connect to long tubes but i have to take my car to muffler shop, will i do any damage to motor if i drive it open headers for a day

cant i mess up my valves or something like that or is that only with shorty's? im probably going to wake up the whole block in the morning when im on my way to school which is like at 6:30 am

Why did you buy long tubes and not the corresponding pipe? Or Consider the shop time to get it done in the first place?
