Default Will these tires fit?

I have 245/45-17's on the back of my car right now and was thinking of going with 275/40-17's. They are the same height but the 245's are 9.6" wide while the tread on the 275's are 10.8" wide. Will I have to take off the quad shocks? Will they rub on the inner fender lip? If you are running 275's on the back, please let me know how they are for you.

it is possible, every fox AND rim will be different, one thing for sure is those quad shocks either have to be flipped or removed

Pardon my ignorance but how do you flip a quad shock?
