Well it's in, I havn't been able to fully run the car though, the stock fuel pressue regulator is leaking from the flange. I pulled it off, changed the bad O-ring and it's still blowing out fuel, so I'm probably just going to get myself another one tomorrow. But I'll come home and change both O-rings and see if it's still blowing out, if so, I'll get a new one.

But all in all it's been a fun project incorporated with a little bit of head-ache, but not nearly as bad as my head and intake swap project was three months ago.

Engine bay is still dirty though, I didn't polish anything up, just took the pics for my write up on the install I'm going to do.

Measured the pulley, checked the table, 55mm pulley = 11.5 PSI of boost, that's what the KB manual said lol. The guy I bought it from said it had a pulley swap and that it was the 10 PSI pulley, what I measured was not the 10 PSI pulley, and I used the proper tool, not a tape measure lol.

I have one too, once I get the fuel pressure regulator issue fixed, I'm gonna plug in the boost gauge and see what it says exactly.

Well if this is a consistant problem, I'll probably get a Vortech FMU, which is actually calibrated for certain injector sizes.

all i know is my car ran good before putting it on. 100 miles later, I can smell it going down the road. . . I am not cranking the car again until I can change the regulator and oil.

and if I am not mistaken, you can change the disc on fmb. I measured the disc on mine before I threw it in the garbage. It was a 12:1 disc. I don't see why someone couldn't stick a different disc in it.

4:1 = 1.59"
6:1 = 1.85"
8:1 = 2.22"
10:1 = 2.47"
