Default kmember choice

what are the benefits of a tubular k member vs an oem besides the weight factor........i am in this debate because my car is going to be 90% street and 10%strip so the weight thing is not that important ...plus the oem will save me about 900$$

tubular k give you more clearance for exhaust or turbo tubing, allows you to easily convert to coilover. they are also said to be stronger if built right. and they look a lot nicer

With the big Hooker super Comp long tubes and C6 tranny the K member was the best investment I made on my car. I would never consider building another car without it. Best 250 dollars I've spent on my car.
