My rack and pinion bushings were the hardest the drivers side bolt was frozen up in the metal sleave, but after some lube and a BFH it came out. I then ran a wire snake through the sleave and cleaned the bolt with a wire wheel. Went in like butter after that. I marked the steering shaft and rack with and orange paint marker then took out the pinch bolt. Basically pulled the whole rack out far enough to come over the metal sleaves, pried out the old ones and put the new ones in, bolted it back up to the recomended 30-40ft lbs. and as good to go. Just watch the power steering lines when you start yanking on the rack. Im am by far not a suspension pro but i dont think it would be a problem.
