Yesterday I went and picked up the 86 I bought to swap my 89 drivetrain into. Today I'm starting getting the motor and trans ready to be pulled and getting the 86 ready to put the stuff into. I've pulled an engine before, but never an EFI one with all these damn wires anc connectors so to be sure im doing this right I'm marking each set of connectors with a letter or number so when I put it all back together they'll all match. Any other secrets or tricks to making this go smooth? I plan on cutting the front of the 89 so the engine and trans can be pulled straight out still bolted together. But other than those two things I'm kinda winging it, any little tricks to getting this done as easy as possible would be great.
