Alright we have found why it wont stay running....I torqued the rockers too tight and the exhaust wasnt opening fully....backed off of torque and it starts right up........if you have trouble getting it started after a rebuild might want to check this issue!! We are continuing to put it back together and will update w/pics....Jamie

glad you got it working but 165 heads on a 347? those heads are tiny for that motor

I never have that issue, in fact I set mine so dead on , on my recent rebuild , as soon as I turned the key it instantly fired up, key is double and triple check, did my valves 3 times in the process of centering them with the guide plates

Most people believe the BBK intake sucks because they heard from a guy who heard from a guy who heard from another it leaked or didnt perform the best of all intakes....i have NEVER had trouble w/it, i know several guys are very happy w/it, and like i said .....didnt buy for power, it IS one of the best looking intakes for the 5.0 IMO

meh, i bet the thing make's great power, and SICK torque down low like a street motor should.

you squeeze every bit of power out of it, and 302's will be walking around you in the lower rpm's. IMO
