Will a California A9P work with my Mass-air conversion or do i need to have the federal emissions only not Cali. emissions? Only one i can find is E9ZF-12A650-EA

Unless your car is already a CA Emissions car, stay away from the CA ECM. A lot of times they have wierd fuel maps or have an additional sensor input or two that the Fed version doesn't have.

Well i took the cpu apart and fount two burnt wires on the board...#46 And #56...solves why the test ports wont work...what would have caused these two to burn? Sorry i tried to get pics but camera wont focus that close Jamie

 

someone might have used a test meter and pulled amperage thru

 

Cali ECM will work, not better than the A9P, but it will work. You could also repair your ECM or have it repaired in a local electronics shop.
