Default Canadian Import

Anyone ever import any car from Canada? Is it difficut? I am looking at an another 92 Fox body Mustang but it happens to be in Canada.

I was told from the current owner "This car was originaly a U.S. car and because of this it will cost you nothing to import it back into the States, I've confirmed this with the U.S. Customs and Border Protection."

My question, Is this true?

If someone can go to another state and get a license with one suspended in the state their from, you should be able to pull that off.
