With those mods it doesn't seem unreasonably overpriced. But for that cash I would at least expect everything to be upgraded, like the charging system.

You guys think you could build it for $17k? Factor in finding a nice RUST FREE Notch and building a Dart blocked 408. I bet the guy would take $15-16k for and it.
