Hey guys I finished purchasing a 1987 foxbody Gt. I encountered a few problems while cruising . The speedameter was working and so was the gas meter as well. Well after purchase ad paperwork signed I drove it home *really enjoyed turning heads* ad realized I went to a gas station turned it off fill with premium and turned it back on. Well it seems the the speedameter wasn't working anymore nor was the fuel meter . The engine temp and oil temp worked fine so I went hone *carefully watching my speed* and realized the mileage Gage craped out on me as well!!! Any ideas is there a fuse to replace for this or something or do I have to buy a whole new odometer and stuff?

 

speedometer can be the VSS or the vehicle speed sensor, the speedo gear or the cable...

I dunno about the other one...

but if your odometer isnt working either than ist something to do with the cable

 

will I need the whole new guages and odometer I assume? I guess. I'll have to look for a part out

 

just lube the cable, replace the speedo gear and or the VSS...
