Question Cam Question

I am picking up a set of GT 40 heads and I was wondering if I should change my cam when I install them. I have a GT40 tubular intake and a E303 cam. I know the way most of you feel about the cam but I think it would work well with those heads and my intake. Any thoughts?

do the cam if you can... no big deal if you can't for now. more important is to do some exhaust porting on the heads... even if it's just a valve job and quickie port the exhaust ports

a little goes a long way here... if you do more ...port match the lower

and i too am using a tubular gt40... w/ aluminum eddy heads and a trickflow cam

imo it's a time proven combo... i love gt40 stuff

Thanks, for the input. I think I'll just keep the cam and do some work to the heads.

I'd just keep the cam, it'll be fine with those heads.
