Trickflow heads, cam, Holley Systemax intake, 42lb injectors, 255lph fuel pump, highflow exhaust, 3.73 gears(for manual; 4.10's for auto) and a Vortech SC(you can get a new low boost kit for $1800 New) and say hellow to 400rwhp. That should give you enough top end charge.

As stated, in another of your posts, it's a good kit. As for a rebuild, make sure your car is in top shape. Make sure the car does not burn that much oil and I would run a compression test for extra measure. But these 5.0 motors are stout performers. I would not hesitate to throw a H/C/I kit on my stock 95 GT and it has 130,000+miles. You'll like the H/C/I. Although I like boost much more.....
