Minus the blower what kind of HP should I expect from H/C/I?

You should make close to 300rwhp and 305rwtq. I made 271rwhp & 311rwtq through an automatic. I had TF heads, Stage-1 cam, GT-40 intake + boltons

Thanks for your help. Would you recommend a rebuild as well since I have some miles?

I think I'm going to just settle for this.

As stated, in another of your posts, it's a good kit. As for a rebuild, make sure your car is in top shape. Make sure the car does not burn that much oil and I would run a compression test for extra measure. But these 5.0 motors are stout performers. I would not hesitate to throw a H/C/I kit on my stock 95 GT and it has 130,000+miles. You'll like the H/C/I. Although I like boost much more.....

Zero oil burn at all, nothing leaks. Everything is sound.

Thanks for your help.
