ok so my son drained all the oil out of my host today i went and got oil and i cant get it to pump up any ideas

 

it has air in it, try to manually extend it and hold it in that position then fill it then lower it, usually that'll bleed the air out

I think you mean hoist. Anyway, like he said above- bring it up and fill it with fluid up to the fill hole. That should take care of it.
