Default Intake manifold torque

Ok I am reassembling my engine. I just put on the intake manifold and torqued it down. I torqued it to 25* and the bolts feel kinda loose. When I torque them they feel like they still want to go more. I know thats kinda vague but Im just worried. What do you guys think?

Torque them down to specs, run it ( I would run it for a couple of days), then re-torque them again. That should do it.

I torque mine at 22lb and after 100 miles or so retorqued them and usually they were good but I recheck at around 500 miles just to be safe.

Ditch the old bolts buy some stainless steel put anti-seize on them. Will look better and no breaks.
