link from UPR Sure looks to me those lock collars are supposed to turn. Maybe yours are seized up. But that is how they adjust.
Here's a
break down of the parts You are trying to turn the collar the right direction correct?
The threads don't adjust, it's the collar that is supposed to move.

It 's ironic, I was at the 2 same sites yesterday...Chances are they are stuck. I will try again tonight...Thanks PRO...How is your car running?

Well, it's been in the garage since May. So, I guess no different then it was before, LOL, I been riding my bike all summer.
G/L on your collars, hope you get them free'd up.

UPR has very vague instructions? They make no mention of removing the Alan screw? What turns to adjust?
