i have a 1994 stang gt i ve tried every thing you can think the car idles fine but when i try to drive it it starts to back fire like if its out of timing i have checked the timing and is on 0 degress...need any advise... angd i have checked compresion all is good just cant figure this out im leaning to a electrical problem but im leaving that to the last choice.....

 

any reason you have it on 0 degrees? Usually I hear of people like 10-12. im not saying YOU should, im just curious...

it was set at 0 because i have the chip that advances it.. so no need to advance any more....

 

well today i grab another computer and put it on know it retard the timing to much...ahhhhhhhhhhhh.... trying not to get fustraded but s#*t what a mission...lol the life of a mustang owner...lol...
