But, not cheaper. I would only want to get a GTR and those are quite costly. Plus, I would still have to keep my 5.0 in storage for three more years and I would rather have it with me.

I hear ya man, my brother was stationed in Okanowa(??) Japan for almost 10 years starting in the late 80's. He bought a wrecked 93 fairlady (300z 2+2) fixed it and modified the crap out of it. Sadly he couldnt afford the export taxes to bring it back into the states and it stayed there.
