Does anyone have any ideal why the volts on my gauge are always dropping while the car is idiling but when I give it the gas it goes back up. I have had the battery and altenator checked and both seem ok. I have cold air intake, and under drive pullies I was told this was the problem

can be due to a bad voltage regulator(do the volts shoot past 13v when you take it WOT?)
could also be improper grounding.
when they test alts, they dont place load of them i dont believe. so all they verify is if it charges, so it might look like its working but it could be a bad alt of bad voltage regulator.

Battery going dead? Underdrive pulleys will show low voltage at idle. Lights on and blowermotor going mine is low at idle. 1500 rpm is good again. Unless battery dies do not fret is normal for abnormal pulleys.

mine does this all the time. or it did. and it stopped doing it when i started using my key to start it, i can just turn it with out a key and the ignition would move around and the electronics would bug out. they car never died but the radio would go on and off and my guages would freak, only when i wouldnt use my key though
