"Rare" Mustang ?
I've had my GTS since it was brand new. The dealership advertised it as a "GT" for $16,750 which was a couple g's less than normal and I bought it. The salesman told me I could pick up a rear spoiler for a couple of hundred and it would look like a GT. Nobody told me it was a "GTS". Now that I know what it is I think it's a pretty cool car. My fiance wants me to get a new Mustang GT and trade the GTS in but I think I want to keep it and restore it since it's my DD and it has a gazillion miles on it. Can someone out there convince "Susan" this car will be a collectors model some day and that I should never, ever sell it? Thanx.... Eight ( eightdogsbarkin@gmail.com)
Rare, yes. Collector car, highly doubt it...
The gts are fairly rare, i've heard they made less gts cars than cobras but i have not seen the build numbers, so I have no idea if thats true.
Honestly even if it was a future collectable car it still has a "gazillion" miles which lowers the value anyways.
In my opinion mod it, drive it, have fun with it.
