Who knows.

Its been vibrating like that thru:

2 c4's (Both times it had different flexplates)
the t5 and flywheel
2 sets of heads
3 balancers
2 cars
3 driveshafts
2 cams

and MANY, MANY high RPM shifts. It hasn't gotten any worse. It actually got better once I made the trashed motor mounts into solid mounts.

For those who don't know, NO I didn't change this stuff chasing the vibration. This has just been through many changes throughout the last 4-5 years.

Hahaha

c5, (stock 83 3.8) broke the planetary gear set
c4, broke a strut that holds the drive band, fixed it, busted bell housing around starter
put t5 in when I put the 93 together. No issues yet.....KNOCK ON WOOD!!!

Beginning of April I will be pulling it out for the new motor so I can swap the speedo gears to correct for the 3.73's

I made a "how to" video on how to replace the internal speedo gear in a T5 if you need help. It was pretty simple.

As long as you RTV it enough your good lol

I did make it to the junk yard today and picked up some interior.

For $27 I picked up
HVAC controls with *****, trim, and cable $17
Headliner trim pieces that go across the top of the doors
Glove box
Arm rest with perfectly working hinge, just need a lid for it
trim piece that goes under the steering wheel to cover the wires and fuse box
Third brake light for GT wing

Before I went there though I picked up some pieces from a local buddy or y next motor and EFI swap.....

For $40
EFI injector harness
50 oz harmonic balancer with less than 250 miles
50 oz flywheel with less than 250 miles
hard fuel lines, fuel rails, FPR

All in all I think it has been a pretty productive day. Just gotta find time to put it all together now.

HAHA must be nice to go to the Junk yard, I got off work at 1830. Which junk yard did you go to? I was thinking of hitting up Harrolds Thursday during comp time after CQ.

I went out to pick n pull. I found that GT that a couple people have talked about. other than a few bolts on the engine it is pretty much complete. I think thursday for "family time" I am going to go to sprocket and get my new tires swapped over.

I'm late to the party and honestly not a Fox body / 5.0 fan but I give props where props are due, great build man, thank you for sharing, now back to reviewing the remaining 57 pages, lol

P.S. the wiring harness sprawled out on the front lawn is CLASSIC material
