Supposed to be taking a trip to LRS this weekend (granted my tax check hits tomorrow)! Gonna pick up:

4 275/40/17 sumitomo's
fuel sending unit
door hinge pin it
radio panel
FRPP Gasket kit for my new shortblock
ARP head bolts
gear kit for speedo correction

I also have to order a new radio bc mine took a crap a couple weeks ago while i was in the field.

On a side note, I fabbed up a battery hold down to replace the cheap rubber strap one I got from the part store awhile back. Now I can throw the car around and I don't have to worry about the battery moving around.

Nothing special. Just picking up a low millage roller motor. I am tired of the vibrations that this thing has had since I had it in the 83. The motor is the only thing that hasn't been changed since the vibrations started.

sounds like the same issue I had.

have you seen the video of mine when I make the car shake/vibrate? mine is horrible, but I know its from the bearings, or a cracked crank.

I will be pulling the exhaust/driveshaft/transmission/clutch/flywheel tommarow. so I should have the motor out a few days after that. then I will post a thread up of the carnage. haha

You can somewhat see mine vibrate but it does it more while driving/under a load. BUT as you see my oil pressure is ALOT higher lol. My bearings looked fine when I had this motor apart this time last year. Never seen any copper in the oil either. I think mine is more of a bent crank or rod.

yea, sounds like thats what it is. maybe someone got to much fluid in the cylinder of some sort and slightly bent a rod.
