Default roller rocker????

well i have been trying to build my 93 fox body for about two years now and i have been taking it slow for two reasons.... money and i don't want to screw it up......

when i got the car the engine had been freshly machined and bored .030 over, with a scared up ford x cam and mismatched valve springs the reason it blew in the first place so i had to get new springs and a cam (the links below).

it also has a weiand Xcelerator 7515 intake, t5 tranny, stock gt40 heads, h pipe exhaust with 40 series flows, 750 holy carb, 8.8 five lug positrack with 373 gears.

well now i come to the conclusion that my stock rockers just wont cut it so i want to buy some new roller rockers. well im a little confused about the rocker ratio and steel or aluminum. or mabey the stocks will work will work and im just talking myself into spending more money. i just dont know what to buy here....

if i sound new at this i still am so please take i easy on me guys, i really what to get this thing done and on the road and/or track....

i just bought rr's for my gt 40's.first off you want alum rockers.1.6 ratio is stock and 1.7's are stock cobra.i just purchased 1.7 to go with my e-cam.from what i have searched i should be good but i have to check my piston to valve clearance.you need pedastel mount rockers as well which brings the price up depending on what brand you go with.i ended up buying crane 1.7's off a guy, they are brand new but couple years old for 200.there is proform or scorpion at mid price, then big names after that.as for the springs or cam you will have to talk to someone with more experiance in this than me,my heads were done buy the machine shop.i love the sound of my cam but most everyone will tell you custom grind or tfs stg1.
